POSITION DETAILS: Regular, full-time Day shift, Monday -Friday Standard hours, 8am-5pm Starting rate: $14 - $19 per hour, based on education and experience Location, Clarkston, MI Desired start: Monday August 4, 2025 NOTE: This position does not qualify for US Visa sponsorship or relocation REQUIREMENTS : At minimum, you must possess a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or be working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field. You will lead the day-to-day activities and have the support and collaboration of an assistant teacher to provide the best possible learning experience and care for children 3-4 years of age utilizing the High Scope curriculum. Ensures overall safety of children Develop and implement daily lesson plans based on individual student’s needs and interests Implement HighScope curriculum, philosophy, and assessment tools Conduct Parent Teacher conferences Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures Attend Heartfelt Impressions company/school meetings Partner with parents and assist students regarding “Toilet Learning” approaches Participate in snack and meal service Family Style Dining Ensure cleaning tasks are completed Ensure the classroom is engaging and developmentally age appropriate
