Position Summary: As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing engaging learning environments that nurture students' growth. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support the well-being of the school and foster a positive educational atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Culture: Inspire your teammates to strive for excellence, delivering a high-quality educational experience while ensuring the effective implementation of our curriculum. Health & Safety: Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, adhering to all accreditation, licensing requirements, and relevant laws. Educate, Inspire, Engage: You will be passionate about fostering lifelong learners, catering to individual needs, and creating an inclusive classroom for all children. Relationship Building: Collaborate effectively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with families and the wider school community. Minimum Qualifications: - At least 18 years of age - A minimum of a Childhood Development Associate (CDA) or Certified Childcare Professional (CCP) or 60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college with relevant child development coursework. - Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. - Willingness to work with Pre-K children (ages 4-5).
