About the Role: We are seeking Lead or Assistant Lead Teachers who can travel to our Cleveland Region Centers to join our team. As a Float Teacher, you will be responsible for providing care and education to children of all ages for all locations in the Cleveland area including : Ridge Road, Broadway, Arbor Park, Kinsman and St. Clair. Your main goal is to ensure that all children in your care receive the attention and support they need to thrive. Important Requirements: Must have a form of transportation to travel to various Centers where help is needed
Must be flexible with schedule
Must understand that this job doesn't have a set schedule nor guaranteed hours
Benefits: Generous hourly rate at $20/hour

Mileage Reimbursement
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months experience working with children in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting
Ability to pass BCI/FBI and ODJFS Background Check
Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field and 1+ years of experience working with children in a classroom setting
Experience working with children of all ages
CPL III or Child Development Associate Certification upon hire (CDA sponsorship available)
CPR and First Aide Certified
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children of all ages
Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement age-appropriate activities
Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress
Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress
Skills: As a Float Teacher, you will use your expertise in early childhood education to provide high-quality care and education to children of all ages. You will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other educators and communicate regularly with parents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records of each child's development and progress. Additionally, your ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment will be crucial in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development for all children in your care.
