*Duties*

* Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote early childhood development. * Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity among students. * Manage classroom activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating in learning experiences. * Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. * Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall educational goals of the preschool. * Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. * Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

*Skills*

* Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. * Effective classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment. * Experience in childcare settings such as daycare or nannying is highly valued. * Ability to educate young children through creative teaching methods tailored to their developmental stages. * Experience working with students in various capacities including babysitting or caregiving roles is beneficial. * Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities for success in this role.
