Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Lead and execute residential HVAC system installations (including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini splits, etc.)- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently- Supervise junior techs/apprentices and ensure quality workmanship- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specifications- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used- Ensure all systems are installed in compliance with local codes and safety standards- Communicate clearly with customers and project managers about progress and expectations- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good working order- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications:- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience- EPA Certification (Required)- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Required)- Strong leadership and team supervision skills- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Must pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Occasional Weekends & Overtime
