*Job Responsibilities:* * Plan and implement age- appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. * Create a safe, engaging, and structured classroom environment. * Supervise and lead assistant teachers and support staff to ensure a high standard of care. * Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. * Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. * Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and health and safety standards. * Conduct regular assessments of children's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. * Organize and maintain classroom materials and daily schedules.
