*Duties* * Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive learning environment. * Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary. * Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the caring and educational experience. * Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. * Collaborate with other educators to share best practices in child care and education.

*Experience* * Previous experience working with children in a child care setting is preferred. * Strong understanding of child welfare principles and early childhood education practices. * Experience in lesson planning is highly preferred. * Demonstrated skills in classroom management and effective communication with students and parents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.50 per hour
