Position Summary Location: Hackett Elementary, Beloit, WI Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 3:30 PM Compensation: $40/hour Start Date: August 2025 Duration: Full School Year (20252026) What You'll Do Design and deliver joyful, age-appropriate instruction in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. Foster a safe and structured learning environment that supports all learners. Use a variety of assessments to monitor progress and adapt instruction to meet students' needs. Build meaningful connections with families through ongoing communication and partnership. Collaborate with colleagues and engage in professional development to continuously grow in practice. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license. Experience teaching young children preferred. Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills. A heartfelt commitment to inclusive, student-centered education.
