*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
* Educate students in literacy education, including reading and writing skills.
* Educate students in Mathematics education.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support children's development.
* Provide tutoring and additional support for students requiring extra assistance.
* Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
* Experience working with children, including those with autism or special needs.
* Proficient in proofreading educational materials for clarity and accuracy.
* Ability to write clear, concise lesson plans and educational resources.
* Understanding of childhood development milestones and appropriate interventions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
