Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement a comprehensive, age-appropriate afternoon curriculum aligned with early childhood learning standards and school values

Teach core subjects including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies using hands-on, inquiry-based, and differentiated instruction

Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and positive behavior

Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments; communicate regularly with parents and administrators

Maintain ongoing communication with families via conferences, newsletters, and digital platforms

Participate in professional development and school-wide activities
