Company: Soliant Education Contract Term: August 25, 2025 June 10, 2026 Location: Coopersburg, Pennsylvania Area Pay Range: $40$50 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (No part-time positions available) Soliant Education is actively seeking dedicated and licensed Special Education Teachers for multiple onsite positions in the Coopersburg, PA area. These are full-time contract roles for the 20252026 school year. Caseloads range from early childhood through K12. Final placements will be determined during interviews with school supervisors based on the candidates background and availability. Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction to students with a range of disabilities

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals

Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual learning needs

Support student behavior and social-emotional development in classroom settings

Requirements: Must hold a valid and active Special Education Teaching License in Pennsylvania

Emergency permits will not be accepted

Ability to work onsite in Bethlehem, PA for the duration of the contract

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Previous experience with special education populations preferred, but not required
