Requirements
Curriculum and Instruction:
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and objectives.
- Provide hands-on technology instruction, fostering the ethical use of technology.
- Maintain a positive, safe learning environment while instructing students in the responsible use of devices and equipment.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, evaluate performance, and maintain accurate records and grades.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology across the curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding technology use and progress.
Infrastructure and Systems Management:
- Oversee school-wide network and Wi-Fi systems to ensure consistent and secure connectivity.
- Administer and monitor the GoGuardian platform.
- Manage Google Workspace for Education.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Manage and support student Chromebooks, classroom devices, and printers.
- Maintain measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with network and server management, including Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, AI tools, GoGuardian, and Windows.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in a school or IT environment preferred.
