School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025-2026 School Year – Florence & Ellicott, CO – Up to $62/hr

Job Details:

Position:  School SLP (Full-Time, In-Person)

Schedule:  40 hours/week (4 days/week)

Location Split:  3 days in  Florence, CO  / 1 day in  Ellicott, CO

Duration:  2025-2026 School Year

Pay Rate:  Up to  $62/hr  (based on experience)

Job Description:

Provide  diagnostic evaluations  and therapy for  K-12 students  across two school sites

Develop and implement  IEPs  with measurable goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams

Address  articulation, language, fluency, and social communication  needs

Utilize  evidence-based practices  and adaptive technologies

Maintain compliance with  state and federal special education regulations

Enjoy  scenic commutes  between Colorado’s historic towns

Education & Certification Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Colorado SLP license  (or ability to obtain)

ASHA CCC-SLP  (Clinical Fellows considered with supervision)

Experience in  school settings  preferred
