Responsibilities
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
Manage the classroom ensuring compliance with all Child Care regulations, Company Standards, Policies, and Procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebrees infant/toddler curriculum
Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
Requirements
Proven experience caring for and supporting the development of infants.
Solid understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Creativity in designing engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and growth.
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
Successful completion of a background check.
