Responsibilities
- Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
- Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
- Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum.
- Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
- Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency with one of the following: CDA, TCC, Assoc. Degree ECE or bachelor's degree ECE. 2-5 years' experience required.
- This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
- The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. Patience, flexibility.
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
