Hours

Monday through Friday: All shifts are available (Morning, afternoon, and evening)

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the classroom ensuring compliance with all Child Care regulations, Company Standards, Policies, and Procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant/toddler curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience caring for and supporting the development of infants.
• Solid understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Creativity in designing engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and growth.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• Successful completion of a background check.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
