*Duties*
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. * Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students. * Provide individualized support to students with special needs or disabilities, adapting teaching methods as necessary. * Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and address any concerns. * Maintain accurate records of student development and progress, including assessments and observations. * Incorporate first aid practices as needed to ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom. * Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in preschool education.

* Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized and productive learning environment. * Knowledge of childhood development principles to effectively educate Infant/Toddler-aged children. * Ability to provide caregiving support while promoting independence among students. * Proficiency in creating engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
