We are looking for an experienced and caring Preschool Teacher to oversee the classroom curriculum program following company guidelines and collaborate with the assistant teacher. The lead teacher is responsible to prepare age-appropriate lesson plans, create a welcoming and safe learning environment for the children, manage the classroom, and coach the assistant teacher. The ideal candidate is passionate, patient, has excellent communication skills and is comfortable interacting with parents and addressing any of their concerns. The Lead Teacher will follow all company and licensing rules and reports to the Center Director or the Assistant Director in her absence.
