Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on curriculum Preparing and conducting parent-teacher conferences with professionalism Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Providing a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow and learn What We’re Looking For: ❤️ Passionate educators with prior experience working with children High school diploma (or GED) required; further education in Early Childhood a plus (funding available!) ✅ Ability to meet MO Family Care Registry requirements and maintain active registration Current TB test and Hepatitis A vaccination (required by state regulations) Training or familiarity with the Reggio Emilia Approach is a bonus Scheduling  Flexibility to fit your life!  Four 10-hour days Our program operates Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
