VCP Children's Center in Bradford, VT is looking for an Infant & Toddler Teacher Associate to join our 4 STARS childcare program. We are looking for someone who is fun, energetic, and enjoys working with children. The associate teacher will be working alongside other assigned classroom teachers and special educators. The right candidate would be responsible for Planning and implementing curriculum Providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children Some cleaning duties Participate in weekly classroom meetings The right candidate should possess the following: Ability to work well with others Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills An understanding of child development Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Nice to have: Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification Medication Administration CDA or College Credits in ECE Requirements: Benefits - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Paid Professional Development Hours - Bonuses - Aflac- Accidental Plan Compensation: This position pays between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
