Job Description:

Support and implement inclusive education strategies for students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with lead teachers, special educators, and support staff to create engaging lesson plans Assist in developing and adapting instructional materials to support individual learning styles Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the educational team Utilize various teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and success Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school staff

Qualifications & Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred) Experience working in inclusive classroom settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt and modify lesson plans for diverse learners Passion for supporting student growth and development
