Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas OR be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options: Exceptional Needs: Intense Intervention covering appropriate grades Indiana's Early Literacy Endorsement requires teachers who teach retained grade 3 students to have at least 25 hours of approved Science of Reading training to start the 25-26 school year. This includes any Grade 3, ELL, Interventionist or Special Education Teacher that may work with retained grade 3 students.

Must possess knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction.
