Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanic with an active CDL A License • Diagnose and repair trailers and heavy / light truck equipment and complete installation of truck equipment including without limitation: snowplows, liftgates, hoists, van and dump bodies• Perform preventive maintenance on trailer and truck equipment including routine technical repairs and make recommendations for future repairs• Document work order details within our client's internal order and billing program• Abide by all policies and safety rules and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment• Driving consists of picking up and delivering of customer vehicles and transporting trailers between client locations

Pay is $25+ per hour DOE - will pay more for a well-qualified candidate. Solid benefits package. Direct placement opportunity.

• 2+ years experience preferred• Active CDL A with clean driving record• Must provide own tools• Demonstrate diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs• The ability to demonstrate successful welding skills in non-standard situations and on varying materials is a plus• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with other employees and management
