As the Lead Teacher in a GSRP classroom at Heartfelt Impressions you will plan and execute a program of activities that is developmentally appropriate and meets the individual needs of children through the High Scope curriculum.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE GSRP LEAD TEACHER … Operates class efficiently and effectively ensuring safety of the child while supervising and coaching assistant teachers and resource teachers and staff Participates in required professional development hours for the purpose of staying current with the latest and best practices Creates a learning environment that reflects the diversity and culture of children and families in the classroom Develop and use instructional materials suitable for a learning environment for children with a wide range of cognitive, physical and emotional maturity Maintain a routine schedule of data collection for child assessment through anecdotal notes Compliance with licensing, QRIS, GSRP implementation manual Relationship management with families and children, exhibiting Heartfelt Core Values Develops and utilizes instructional materials aligned with the High Scope curriculum to create developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with the student's interest WHY JOIN OUR TEAM
