As a GSRP Associate Teacher at Heartfelt Impressions , you will collaborate with the GSRP Lead Teacher on the care, supervision, and management of a PreK classroom in accordance with set goals and curriculum plans.

Position Detail : 2025-2026 School year Regular, full time Days, Monday -Friday Hours, 8:30am-5pm Desired start Monday, August 25, 2025 Pay range $18-$22/hour, depending on education and experience

Requirements Must have a CDA (Child Development Associate certificate) or working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education/related field Must have full-time availability and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check (fingerprinting) CPR certification

Essential functions of the GSRP Associate teacher… Assists lead teacher in curriculum planning and execution Abides by all Michigan childcare licensing rules and regulations Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized Create an effective and stimulating environment for learning, which meets the standards set forth in the Program Quality Assessment Conduct Child Assessment (ASQ, PQA, COR) Participate in monthly staff meetings, outings, and parent events Interact with children in an appropriate manner and demonstrate problem solving skills and conflict resolution when necessary Participate in home visits with the lead teacher to partner with parents to meet the educational needs of their children Join our Team
