Position Details

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Early Childhood/Preschool Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred (Child Development Associate credential with classroom experience is preferred).

Experience with preschool-aged or at-risk students preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Regular and consistent attendance

Support age and developmentally appropriate learning experiences with a classroom of four-year old children resulting in their successful transition into kindergarten.

Assist in planning, implementation and monitoring of curriculum and assessment.

Assist in establishing a positive involvement of parents.

Assist in developing a positive working relationship with all staff.

Assist in the daily operation of the program.
