Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to support lottery sales, communications, and promotions across all channels while maintaining brand standards. Develop eye-catching graphics, engaging animations, and compelling video content for the Lottery website and social media platforms. Create animated designs for digital media displays located in retail environments and at partner events. Design player information materials and point-of-purchase signage to boost retail engagement and elevate special event presence. Produce promotional and informational materials for various audiences, including internal clients, government agencies, retailers, and players. Design premium items and staff apparel that reflect brand identity while being both functional and fun. Assist in crafting customizable content for use by Lottery sales representatives.
Minimum Qualifications

Experience must include:
One (1) year of experience in graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong eye for detail and visual composition with a focus on storytelling. Ability to translate marketing objectives into effective design solutions. Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of print production, digital asset formats, and retail design best practices is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with a wide range of backgrounds, who do not share your same culture, ethnicity, language, or other common experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in motion design, video editing, and animation for digital platforms. Advanced skills and fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Lottery standards and policies, needs of individual Lottery departments and requirements of Lottery promotions. (Brand and logo use, ADA messages, buying restrictions, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Multi-Media Design, Advertising, and related field.
