This itinerant position serves K-12 students, focusing on delivering specialized instruction and support to Deaf and Hard of Hearing learners in grades K-12. Responsibilities include: Providing direct instruction and support tailored to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Developing individualized education plans and adapting curriculum to meet student needs. Collaborating with school staff, families, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive support. Traveling between districts to serve a diverse caseload effectively. Qualifications: Active New York State Teacher of the Deaf certification.
