We are hiring a German-speaking   English Language Teacher  to provide in-person customized lessons to our clients in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Information:

Ref #187685 : a 6-year-old child, face-to-face Availability: flexible  Preferred start date: asap Lesson Frequency: Once per week  Lesson Duration: 60 minutes  Location: Lessons will take place at the student's home in Pittsburgh, PA (close to Totem Way and Seneca PL).

Student's English level:

Beginner  Student's Native language: German Student's language needs and goals: To communicate effectively in daily interactions and attend school in the USA.  Additional Information: Client needs a German-speaking teacher that can provide support in German if needed Responsibilities : Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner Qualifications : To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the English language To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field To have a minimum of two years of English teaching experience Must have experience working with children All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
