What Youll Do: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum for toddlers Assist the Infant/Toddler and Preschool Supervisors as needed Work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays. Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators What Youll Need: EEC certification in Toddler or Preschool (required) At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred but not required) Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting Full COVID-19 vaccination in compliance with health and safety protocols Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times What Makes You a Great Fit: Positive, patient, and encouraging personality A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices Why Youll Love Working Here: $115 per month subsidized MBTA pass or free off-site parking
