*SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:* * CDA or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood (Required for Lead Teacher Positions) * Naturally passionate for young children * Strong communicator * Energetic and compassionate * Multitasker to keep up with the energy of the classroom * Eager to learn Montessori philosophy * Desire to be a part of a bigger vision * Growth mindset and willingness to try and implement ideas * Collaborator with the teachers in the classroom for the betterment of the students * Must be able to bend, sit on the floor and in small chairs, stand for long periods, lift more than 5 lbs

*ABOUT US:* Brighton Montessori is looking for Assistant Teachers in our Toddler and Preschool Communities. The candidate selected for this opportunity will work closely with an EXPERIENCED Montessori Early Childhood Teacher to create a classroom environment where children can THRIVE! This person will help children grow and develop by getting on THEIR LEVEL and helping them discover new things! The LOVING, nurturing care you provide will make all the difference in a child's life.
