We’re looking for a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team and help shape the foundation of lifelong learning.*Job Summary:*The Toddler Teacher will provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where toddlers can grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively. This role involves implementing theme-based lesson plans, fostering developmental milestones, maintaining clear communication with families, and working collaboratively with fellow educators.*Key Responsibilities:** Implement theme-based, developmentally appropriate activities* Create a classroom culture that is warm, inclusive, and child-centered* Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and progress* Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning space* Collaborate with the teaching team to support curriculum goals*Qualifications:** High School Diploma or equivalent Level 2 in PDIS, (Associate’s or CDA preferred)* Some experience working with toddlers in a licensed child care environment* CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)* Understanding of early childhood development and positive behavior guidance* Excellent communication and teamwork skills* Must pass required background checksJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Paid time off* Professional development assistanceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:* Erie, CO 80516 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Erie, CO 80516: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
