About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Floater/Support Staff/Assistant Teacher! This exciting role offers the opportunity to engage with children of various ages while providing essential support to our dedicated educators in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
Supervise and engage with children during playtime and learning activities.
Provide care and support to children in various classrooms as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Help with snack and meal preparation, ensuring a safe dining experience.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions for professional development.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs.
Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
Background check clearance required.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
