The Red Balloon Early Learning Center is looking for kind, positive, and hard working teachers who are ready to provide an exceptional educational experience. Our teachers are required to have previous experience in child care and to be aware of developmentally appropriate practices.

The Red Balloon is a Keystone Stars center and the classrooms follow a creative curriculum.

Responsibilities would include: assisting in executing the curriculums and lesson plans, following all Keystone Stars protocols, as well as educating and nurturing the children. We are seeking someone with experience working with children who have behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior management, patience, and a compassionate approach to supporting children's emotional and developmental needs.

All of our teachers have the opportunity to receive a Child Development Associates Degree while working at The Red Balloon. We also provide competitive wages based on experience and performance.

Job requirements:

- Two years of verified Childcare experience

- Able to maintain all mandatory clearances

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
