Special Education Teacher

In Grafton, Massachusetts, we are looking for a Special Education Teacher. You can earn up to $55 per hour with Phaxis Education. As a K-12 school-based Special Education Teacher in Grafton, Massachusetts, your days will include:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals.
• Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet student needs.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive behavioral supports and interventions.
• Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent conferences.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district regulations regarding special education.

Position:

Contract (ESY placement) in a school setting

Hours:

7:45 AM 2:45 PM (Monday Thursday)

Caseload:

Standard ESY caseload across multiple age groups

Successful candidates possess:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (required)
• An active or pending state licensure, or the ability to obtain (required)
• Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)
• The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor
