Job Details: Position: ESL Teacher (Full-Time)

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)

Duration: August 2025 - May 2026

Pay Rate: Up to $48/hr (based on experience)

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46259 (on-site) : Provide English language instruction to diverse K-12 learners

Develop differentiated lesson plans aligned to WIDA standards

Conduct language proficiency assessments (WIDA ACCESS)

Collaborate with classroom teachers on content-area support

Implement culturally responsive teaching strategies

Maintain ELL documentation and progress records

Communicate regularly with multilingual families

Participate in professional learning communities Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in ESL, TESOL, or related field (Master's preferred)

Indiana ESL Teaching License (or ability to obtain)

TESOL certification strongly preferred

Experience with WIDA framework and ELL populations
