The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in areas such as special education and behavioral therapy.

*Duties* - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students - Provide instruction in various subjects including literacy education, math, and behavioral health - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support students with diverse needs - Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and development - Conduct assessments to monitor student progress - Proofread and evaluate student work to provide constructive feedback

*Qualifications* - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEP) is preferred - Background in special education or related field is a plus - Strong communication skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,500.00 - $66,000.00 per year
