Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher with an active LBS1 certification to join a dynamic school team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for educators who are committed to creating accessible, student-centered learning experiences.

We’re looking for someone who values collaboration, communicates effectively, and believes in the power of individualized instruction. As a Special Education Teacher, you will take the lead in developing and implementing tailored IEPs that reflect the strengths and areas of need for each student you serve.

In this position, you’ll support learners across multiple developmental domains—including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral—using evidence-based strategies and differentiated instruction. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with families, general education teachers, and related service providers to build cohesive support systems that prioritize each child’s progress and confidence.

Applicants should have a solid background working as a Special Education Teacher or in a closely related role, with specific experience supporting early childhood caseloads.
