Job Summary Applicants must have the following: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Valid Alabama teaching certificate. Certification in English as a Second Language (ESL) preferred. Minimum three (3) years successful classroom experience. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may require.
