Stratford School is seeking an  Elementary Teacher to join our Upper Elementary team (Grades 3–4). This is a rewarding opportunity to engage curious minds and foster the academic, social, and emotional development of our learners in a warm, supportive classroom setting.
Location: 645 14th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94118 Salary Range: $60,000 – $72,000 (Based on experience)
Hiring Bonus: $2,000 (after 90 days of employment)

What You’ll Do:
Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction using Stratford’s enriched curriculum
Create a nurturing, well-organized classroom where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
Monitor and assess student learning and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular learning experiences and school events
Foster strong partnerships with families to support student success
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Prior classroom teaching experience in elementary strongly preferred
Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
