Position Overview:

Morrice Area Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team at Morrice Elementary School. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: Valid Michigan K-5 Teaching Certificate

Preferred training or experience with MTSS and PBIS

Strong communication skills and knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices

Familiarity with and ability to implement State Standards

Effective use of technology to enhance instruction, improve student achievement, and increase engagement

Experience using research-based assessment tools

Training and experience in differentiated instruction

Background in cooperative learning and hands-on, inquiry-based instruction

Collaborative, team-oriented approach

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Excellent professional attendance record

Must pass a criminal background check and Central Registry clearance Salary and Benefits:
