Job Summary

The classroom teacher works under the immediate supervision and direction of the Principal. The teacher provides instruction to students as assigned and will plan, implement, and evaluate the instructional activities for groups and individual students for the assigned class and subject areas. The teacher will maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.

RAFOS gives credit for up to 13 years of full-time service for placement on the Certificated Teachers Salary Schedule, maximum entry at Level 14.
