We are looking for enthusiastic, open-minded, and intellectually curious Elementary Classroom Teachers to lead self-contained classrooms in Grades 1–5. At Green Fields, we believe giftedness is developed, not found, and we challenge our students to exceed grade-level standards through high expectations, creativity, and depth of thinking. Our faculty plays a key role in building a culture of academic rigor and joyful learning.

*Responsibilities:*

* Plan and teach all core subjects, including Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, in a self-contained classroom. * Deliver engaging, inquiry-based instruction that inspires student ownership and critical thinking. * Differentiate lessons to meet a wide range of readiness levels, especially in high-achieving students. * Use data to inform instruction and provide timely feedback to students and families. * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coherence, enrichment, and innovation across the elementary program. * Help reestablish a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement within the elementary division.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field. * At least 2 years of lead classroom teaching experience preferred. * Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and comfort with high academic standards. * A passion for helping students thrive in both academic and personal growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
