Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to students with IEPs in a pull-out or push-in model.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Administer and interpret assessments to inform instruction and track progress.
- Adapt and modify curriculum to meet students' unique learning needs.
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, service providers, and families.
- Maintain accurate records and document student performance and IEP compliance.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and staff development sessions.
- Support student behavior using proactive, positive interventions and strategies.
