Qualifications: NJ Elementary School Teacher certificate and Teacher of Students with Disabilities required or NJ Teacher of the Handicapped certificate required High-level skills in the collection of data and anecdotal notes to provide evidence of student growth and guide differentiated and targeted instruction to meet the needs of all learners preferred Knowledge of the NJSLS in Elementary ELA and Mathematics Knowledge of best practices in English/Language Arts and Mathematics Interventions Knowledge/evidence of implementation of best practices for supporting an inclusive environment and opportunities for students Knowledge of Least Restrictive Environment regulations Knowledge of Google for Education Certification and/or knowledge of effective practices with multi-sensory language instruction, e.g. Wilson, Project Read, Orton Gillingham, preferred T erms of Employment: 10-month year Term and benefits per MTEA collective bargaining agreement: Click here for summary of salary and benefits
