Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with the school’s philosophy, Catholic teachings, and academic standards.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports student growth in faith and learning.

Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Integrate faith-based teachings and Catholic values into daily lessons and activities.

Assess student progress through observation, documentation, and formative assessments.

Maintain open and proactive communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and classroom activities.

Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Participate in school Masses, religious celebrations, and Catholic community events.

Engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s mission and vision.
