Key Responsibilities: Deliver co-taught instruction in a 4th grade classroom, collaboratively supporting both general and special education students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with special needs. Monitor and assess student progress, providing interventions and accommodations as needed. Work closely with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student success. Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school policies. Qualifications: Valid Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License (PEL). Endorsement for Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) required. Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in co-teaching or special education roles.
