Position Overview We seek a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. Working with a partner teacher, this role involves planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for children. Teachers also collaborate with parents to support each child's overall growth-physical, social, emotional, and cognitive. Key Responsibilities Create and lead engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Foster independence, creativity, and problem-solving in young learners. Provide warm, responsive care tailored to individual needs. Maintain strong, open communication with parents and caregivers. Collaborate professionally with co-workers and engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Degree or certification in early childhood education or related field (experience may substitute for a degree in some cases). Familiarity with Texas Minimum Standards and NAEYC Accreditation Criteria. Passion for working with children and a warm, nurturing teaching style.
