Positions Available: Early Childhood Teacher
Minimum Requirements (All Positions): Bilingual in English and Spanish. DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training. Level 2 FDLE Background Screening and Employee Physical. Must love working with young children and be energetic. Basic computer skills and data entry required. Position-Specific Requirements: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with 18 ECE credits. FCCPC or CDA (preferably National CDA). Experience in Early Childhood Education; Head Start/VPK experience preferred. Knowledgeable in: HighScope Curriculum Teachstone CLASS Pyramid Model Responsibilities (All Positions Include but Are Not Limited To): Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and environments. Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Use storytelling, music, movement, and hands-on activities to teach concepts. Build meaningful relationships with children and families. Document children's growth and communicate progress with families. Collaborate with team members, attend meetings, and contribute to a positive workplace.
