Position Overview In this role, you’ll work closely with the children to create fun, engaging learning experiences based on what they’re curious about. You’ll help guide their learning through play, creativity, and hands-on activities. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with young children, is open to learning, and wants to be part of a supportive, team-based environment. If you’re passionate about helping kids grow and explore the world around them, we’d love to hear from you! Benefits $18.00 - $20.00 an hour, based on experience. 3 weeks PTO, plus paid time off for Federal Holidays and Jewish Holidays. Up to 50% employer-covered health insurance. Willing to learn about child development and best practices in early childhood education. Familiarity or openness to learning/teaching about Jewish traditions, holidays, and values.
